Authorized Paragon dealer · full factory warranty

Brand new and shipped direct from Paragon, so it carries Paragon's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Warranty terms are in the Warranty and support section below.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused

Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:

  • Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
  • It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
  • Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Will it work in my space? Power check

Most 240V kilns need their own circuit and the matching outlet, installed by an electrician. Homes are usually 240V; schools and commercial buildings are often 208V, so pick the voltage that matches your panel.

Send us a photo of your breaker panel or outlet and we'll confirm before your kiln is built: 470-264-3563 (call or text).

What’s included
The kiln, assembled and wiredA front-loading body with a one-hand door unlatch and a vent hole in the door. Paragon wires it at the factory.
Built-in standThe stand is part of the kiln, with the controller mounted in it. Nothing separate ships for it.
Sentinel TouchXpress controller, factory-installedParagon's touchscreen controller, mounted and wired in the kiln's base at the factory. We re-confirm it with Paragon at order time, because Paragon has been renaming this line.
Type-K thermocouple, installedFitted at the factory and wired to the controller. Type-K is standard across the current Paragon range.
One 1/2" peephole with a brushed stainless coverParagon stamps one 1/2" peephole in the door and fits a brushed stainless cover over it. The rest of the firebrick is left undrilled so you can put peepholes where you want them.
Cord and plug — NEMA 5-15RParagon fits a cord with a NEMA 5-15R plug on the 120V build. The plug changes with the voltage option you order, so tell us your service and we confirm the receptacle before the order goes in.
Paragon limited warrantyParagon limited warranty — we confirm the term for your model before you order. Paragon's published schedule and its dealers' listings disagree on the term for this kiln, so we will not print a number here that we cannot stand behind.

Common questions
What can I fire in the Q11?
The Q11 fires to Cone 10 (2350°F) and is rated for ceramics, glass, and jewelry work, making it a flexible first kiln for a home studio that wants to try multiple media without buying several dedicated units.
Does it need special wiring?
No — the Q11 runs on standard 120V household current, so it plugs into a normal outlet without a dedicated high-voltage circuit.
What's the difference between Cone-Fire and Ramp-Hold modes?
Cone-Fire mode automates the firing to a target cone/temperature using Paragon's built-in programs, while Ramp-Hold mode lets you set custom rate-of-rise and hold segments for more advanced or specialty firing schedules. The Sentinel Touch Xpress controller offers both.
Does the kiln come with shelves?
No — like most Paragon kilns, the Q11 ships as the kiln body itself. A furniture kit with shelves, posts, and stilts is sold separately.
Is the warranty valid if I buy from Peach State Pottery?
Yes. Peach State Pottery is an authorized Paragon dealer, so your Q11 comes with Paragon's full one-year manufacturer's warranty. Register your kiln within 30 days of delivery to activate coverage.
Not sure if the Q11 is right for you? We'll help you compare chamber sizes, temperature requirements, and power options to find the perfect fit.
