Return & Cancellation Policy

At Peach State Pottery, we stand behind every kiln and piece of equipment we sell. However, we understand that circumstances can change. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy on most items.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. To start the return process, simply email us at sales@peachstatepottery.com with your order number. We’ll provide clear instructions and assist you through every step.

Important Return Details:

  • You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in “Like New” condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
  • “Like New” means the item shows no visible signs of use or wear. Any evidence of use, firing, or installation may affect your refund eligibility.
  • Exception for New Kilns: We allow the manufacturer’s recommended first test firing (break-in firing) of a new kiln. As long as the kiln is otherwise returned in excellent condition with all original packaging and components, this initial firing will not disqualify it from a return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will process your refund and notify you by email.

Damaged or Defective Items If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage immediately upon delivery and send clear photos to sales@peachstatepottery.com the same day. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no expense to you.

Please keep all original packaging until your return is fully processed. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team.

Items that become damaged due to use after receipt are generally not eligible for return, except as covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Cancellations To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@peachstatepottery.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations requested before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations after an item has shipped will be processed according to our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
  • For made-to-order kilns, cancellations after production has started may incur additional fees from the manufacturer. We will work with the factory to keep any cancellation fees as low as possible. Notifying us within 48 hours of ordering helps minimize or avoid these fees.

Additional Return Policy Notes:

  • Some vendors or specific products may have different return terms. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page or in the product description.
  • Certified pre-owned or used equipment is not eligible for return.
  • We only sell equipment to customers who intend to use it for its full useful life. Purchases made for short-term or one-time use (such as trade shows, conferences, promotional events, or similar temporary purposes) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
