Warranty & Product Support

We fully stand behind every kiln and piece of equipment we carry. Most products come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Details for each item are listed on the product page.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact us promptly at sales@peachstatepottery.com. We’ll work directly with you and the manufacturer to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, note the issue right away when accepting delivery and send clear photos to sales@peachstatepottery.com on the same day. We’ll cover the shipping costs to replace or repair defective, damaged, or wrong items at no cost to you.

Please retain all original packaging until the matter is fully resolved. All warranty or damage claims must be approved by our team before any return or replacement is processed.

Items damaged due to normal use or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement under this policy, but may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Manufacturer’s Recommended First Firing We understand the importance of properly breaking in a new kiln. You may perform the manufacturer’s recommended initial test firing without affecting your return eligibility, provided the kiln is otherwise returned in excellent, like-new condition with all original packaging and components intact.
