Quick verification
We reply by email, usually within one business day, and ask for simple proof of service. Examples: a military or agency ID, a DD-214, a VA card, or a veteran ID. Cover the ID numbers; we only need your name and status.

How much is the discount?
5% off your entire order before shipping and taxes. There’s no minimum purchase.
What counts as proof of service?
Any document that shows your name and status works. Examples: a military ID, DD-214, VA ID card, a veteran designation on your driver’s license, or a current agency or department ID. Please cover ID numbers and anything else you’d rather not share.
How long does verification take?
Usually less than one business day. As soon as you’re verified, we email your code.
Can I use it more than once?
The code can be used once per customer. If you’re planning several purchases, let us know on the form and we’ll help you plan the best way to order.
Can I combine it with other discounts?
No. The military and first responder code can’t be combined with other discount codes or with our wire transfer discount.
Does it work on sale items and Quick-Ship kilns?
Yes. The code applies to your entire order, including sale-priced and Quick-Ship items.
