Bulk & commercial FAQ
How many units counts as bulk?
Two is enough to be worth quoting. The savings grow with the order, but even a pair of kilns going to one address usually ships cheaper and prices better than two separate checkouts.
Why isn’t there a published volume discount table?
Because freight and equipment move independently. Ten small test kilns and two large production kilns can total the same and cost us very different amounts to supply. Quoting the actual order is the only way to give you the real number.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send your PO referencing the quote number and we’ll invoice your accounts payable office directly.
Can you ship to a commercial dock?
Yes. Tell us on the form whether you have a dock or need liftgate service, and we’ll quote the freight to match and coordinate the delivery window.
We’re tax-exempt. How does that work?
We don’t collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Georgia. For Georgia orders, send your exemption certificate with your request and we’ll apply it before we quote.
Can we split delivery across locations?
Often, yes. List the locations in the notes and we’ll quote each leg so you can see what the split costs before you commit to it.
Can we combine this with the wire transfer discount?
A bulk order is quoted as a package. Ask about payment options on your request and we’ll show you the best total available.
