Questions
Educational discount FAQ
Why isn’t there a set percentage?
Programs buy very different equipment. A single test kiln and a full classroom setup don’t cost the same to supply. Pricing each program lets us offer the best price we can on what you actually need.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send your PO with the quote number and we’ll invoice your purchasing or accounts payable office directly.
We’re tax-exempt. How does that work?
We don’t collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Georgia. For Georgia orders, send your exemption certificate with your request and we’ll apply it before we quote.
Our funding isn’t approved yet. Can we still get a quote?
Yes. We’ll prepare a written quote you can use for budget requests and approvals.
Does this cover clay guilds, libraries, and makerspaces?
Yes. Community programs that teach ceramics, glass, or metalwork qualify. Tell us about yours on the form.
Can you deliver to a school loading dock?
Yes. Freight includes liftgate service, and we’ll coordinate the delivery window with your facilities team.
Can we combine this with the wire transfer discount?
Educational pricing is quoted as a package. Ask about payment options on your request and we’ll show the best total available.
