Brand new and shipped direct from Orton, so it carries Orton's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused
Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:
- Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
- It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
- A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
- Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Orton VentMaster Expansion Kit
A second collection cup and hose for an Orton VentMaster you already own. It covers two situations. One fan, two kilns: the second kiln gets its own cup and tees into the same VentMaster. Or one large kiln: Orton specifies two collection cups rather than one on bigger chambers, so the draw is even front to back. Either way the kit is the same hardware. It does not include a fan — it runs off the VentMaster you already have.
What it includes
Collection cupCast cup with adjustable-height foot and high-temperature gasket, to sit under the second kiln.
Hose and clampsHigh-temperature flexible hose with clamps to join the new cup into the existing run.
Not includedThe VentMaster fan itself. This is an add-on to a system you already own — if you are starting from scratch, you want the complete VentMaster system instead.
DrillingThe second kiln needs its own vent hole. The VentMaster manual has the hole-placement diagrams.
Two kilns on one fan works, but the kilns have to sit close enough together for the hose run. Tell us the models and roughly how far apart they are and we will say whether one fan will do it, or whether you want a second VentMaster.
