Authorized HotShot dealer · full factory warranty
Brand new and shipped direct from HotShot Oven & Kiln, so it carries HotShot's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused
Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:
- Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
- It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
- A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
- Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Overview
HotShot · Kiln Stand · Stands and LiftsEvery HotShot stand and lift in one place. Pick the oven you own — or the Universal Stand, which fits everything except the 24G and 24K — and the stand built for it is what goes in the cart. The Vitrigraph stands and the bench lift are motorized, because a Vitrigraph pull needs the kiln to move, not you.
HotShot does not publish shipping weights for accessories. The three motorized stands are large items and we confirm freight with you before the order is placed rather than quoting a flat rate you would then have to argue about.

What’s included
Built for the oven, not adapted to itHotShot sizes each stand to a specific model. The Universal Stand is the exception and it still excludes the 24G and 24K, which are too large for it.
The Vitrigraph stands are motorizedA Vitrigraph pull works by moving the kiln relative to the glass. Both 7G stands and the bench lift raise and lower under power — that is the point of them, not a convenience.
Extra shelves are separateThree of the options above are additional shelves for a stand you already own, each supplied with its fitting hardware. They are not stands.
Assembly and fixingWall-mounted and bench-mounted options fix to your structure, so check what you are fixing into before ordering. Ask us if you are unsure.

Common questions
Which stand fits my oven?Go by the model on the oven's plate. The Universal Stand covers everything except the 24G and 24K, which have their own stands.
What is the difference between the two 7G Vitrigraph stands?One is a free-standing full-length column, the other mounts to a wall. Both are motorized. The free-standing one needs floor space; the wall mount needs a wall that will carry it.
Do I need the motorized lift?Only for Vitrigraph work, or if you want the oven to rise off the base under power. For normal firing a fixed stand is all you need.
Can I add shelves later?Yes — the extra-shelf options above are sold on their own and include the hardware.
