Brand new and shipped direct from HotShot Oven & Kiln, so it carries HotShot's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused
Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:
- Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
- It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
- A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
- Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

What’s included
Argon add-onAn add-on kit that allows gas to be used during heat treating. If you are heat treating steels that need an inert atmosphere, this is the HotShot route to it.
7GV wall bracketThe mounting bracket for the 7GV Vitrigraph. Check what you are fixing into before ordering — a Vitrigraph on a wall is a real load.
Pyrolite E-Z FillA 10.3 oz tube for filling cracks in ceramic fibre. Catch a hairline crack with this and it stays a two-minute job; leave it and it opens up.
Fibre, not firebrickPyrolite is for fibre. Firebrick repairs need cement, which is a different product.

Common questions
Is the argon kit retrofittable?Ask us with your oven model and serial. HotShot describes it as an add-on kit but we would rather confirm it against your specific oven than assume.
Will Pyrolite fix a big crack?It is for cracks, not for rebuilding a wall. If you can fit a pencil in it, send us a photo before buying anything.
Is my oven fibre or firebrick?Fibre is soft, light and slightly fuzzy; firebrick is hard and chalky. Send us the model if you are not sure.
Tell us what you are fixingSend a photo and the oven model. We will tell you whether it is a tube of Pyrolite, a different part, or something that needs a service call.
