Brand new and shipped direct from Evenheat, so it carries Evenheat's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused
Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:
- Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
- It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
- A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
- Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Overview
Evenheat · Kiln Stand · Rolling StandsEvenheat’s own rolling stands, one per kiln, plus the caster package for the 2024 Studio Pro series. A stand does two things people underrate: it gets the kiln to a height where you can load it without bending into the chamber, and it puts air underneath, which is part of how a kiln is meant to be installed.
Evenheat publishes no shipping weights for accessories, and a rolling stand is a bulky item. These are listed on our flat accessory rate; if a stand ships on its own to a long distance we will contact you about freight before charging anything extra, not after.

What’s included
Built for one kilnEvenheat sizes each stand to a model. The footprint has to match, so go by the model on the data plate rather than by measuring the kiln.
Air underneath mattersKilns are designed to sit off the floor. A stand is not just convenience — it protects the floor and lets the base breathe.
Loading heightMost of the strain of using a top-loading kiln is reaching down into it. A stand is the cheapest ergonomics you will ever buy for a studio.
The caster package is not a standThe 2024 Studio Pro caster package is wheels for a kiln or stand you already have. It will not raise the kiln on its own.

Common questions
Which stand fits my kiln?Match the model on the data plate to the dropdown. If your kiln is not listed, send us the model and serial and we will check Evenheat's current list.
Can I put my kiln on any rolling stand?No. The footprint and the load rating are model-specific, and a kiln on an undersized stand is a genuine hazard.
Do I lock the casters before firing?Yes. Position the kiln, then lock the casters. A kiln should not be able to move while it is hot.
I already have a stand — can I just add wheels?Only on the 2024 Studio Pro series, which has its own caster package. For anything else, ask us before buying casters.
Tell us the model and we will confirm the standStand footprints are model-specific and a kiln is not something to balance on a near fit. Send us the model off the data plate first.
