Authorized Evenheat dealer · full factory warranty

Brand new and shipped direct from Evenheat, so it carries Evenheat's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Warranty terms are in the Warranty and support section below.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused

Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:

  • Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
  • It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
  • Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Will it work in my space? Power check

Most 240V kilns need their own circuit and the matching outlet, installed by an electrician. Homes are usually 240V; schools and commercial buildings are often 208V, so pick the voltage that matches your panel.

Send us a photo of your breaker panel or outlet and we'll confirm before your kiln is built: 470-264-3563 (call or text).

Key features
Fiber Lid ConstructionA low-shot fiber material with a no-shot fiber sheet covering keeps the lid lightweight, heats quickly, and sheds far less debris onto your glass than older fiber designs.
Spring Lift-Assist LidA spring-assisted mechanism makes opening and closing the lid smooth and effortless, even at full size, protecting your back over years of use.
Power Interrupt SwitchElements shut off automatically the moment the lid is raised, adding a critical layer of safety during loading and unloading.
Quiet Drive Solid State Relay — StandardEvenheat's patented zero-moving-part relay comes standard, firing 60 times per second for the ultra-tight, silent temperature control glass work demands.
Two-Position Lid VentAdjustable venting accelerates cooling and helps release adhesive fumes and moisture during the early stages of a firing.
Low-Debris Fiber Sheet CoveringA no-shot fiber sheet layer over the lid material minimizes loose fiber shedding onto your glass compared to older uncovered fiber lids.

Common questions
Why is the Studio Pro 28 Evenheat's most popular size?It hits the balance point most studios land on — enough room at 5.8 cubic feet for larger platters and multi-piece loads, without the footprint or power draw of the 41-inch model.
What circuit does it require? The Studio Pro 28 draws 40 amps at 240V, 9,600 watts, on a NEMA 6-50 plug. You'll need a dedicated circuit rated for at least 50 amps — confirm with a licensed electrician before delivery.
Does the Quiet Drive relay need to be added separately? No — it's standard equipment on every Studio Pro kiln, including the 28. You won't see it listed as a paid upgrade because it's already built in.
What's the difference between the 24 and the 28?Both are square chambers with the same 13.5-inch depth, but the 28 is 4 inches longer and wider on each side, which nearly doubles usable floor space from roughly 16 to 28 sq ft equivalent for laying out larger or more numerous pieces.
Does buying from Peach State Pottery affect my warranty? No. We're an authorized Evenheat dealer, so your two-year warranty is fully valid and you have direct access to Evenheat's support team. Buying from an unauthorized seller can void your warranty entirely.
Not sure if the EH-SP-28 is right for you? We're authorized Evenheat dealers based in Atlanta. Call, email, or chat — we'll give you a straight answer about specs, sizing, and accessories before you spend a dollar.
