Authorized Evenheat dealer · full factory warranty

Brand new and shipped direct from Evenheat, so it carries Evenheat's full factory warranty. If something goes wrong, call us and we handle the claim with the factory for you.

Warranty terms are in the Warranty and support section below.

Returns: request within 15 days, unused

Because kilns are heavy and often built to order, returns are limited, so we'd rather help you pick the right one up front:

  • Ask within 15 days of purchase or 2 days after delivery, whichever comes first. We issue a return authorization (RA).
  • It must be new, unused (beyond the factory test fire) and in its original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of at least 25% applies, up to 50% on custom, 3-phase or made-to-order units. Return freight is on the buyer unless we made an error.
  • Damaged in transit? Note it on the delivery receipt, send us photos and we'll help with the freight claim.

Will it work in my space? Power check

Most 240V kilns need their own circuit and the matching outlet, installed by an electrician. Homes are usually 240V; schools and commercial buildings are often 208V, so pick the voltage that matches your panel.

Send us a photo of your breaker panel or outlet and we'll confirm before your kiln is built: 470-264-3563 (call or text).

Evenheat · Electric Kiln · Studio Pro Series Evenheat Glass Kiln - Studio Pro 24 Model EH-SP-24 · 240V · 24″ L × 24″ W × 13.5″ D · 1800°F The Studio Pro 24 is described by Evenheat as the perfect fit for any studio, and the square 24×24 chamber backs that up — big enough for real fusing and slumping work, compact enough to fit where a full production kiln can't. A fiber lid keeps heat-up fast and energy costs down, and Evenheat's Quiet Drive solid state relay comes standard for silent, ultra-precise temperature control right out of the box.

Key features
Fiber Lid ConstructionA low-shot fiber material with a no-shot fiber sheet covering keeps the lid lightweight, heats quickly, and sheds far less debris onto your glass than older fiber designs.
Spring Lift-Assist LidA spring-assisted mechanism makes opening and closing the lid smooth and effortless, even at full size, protecting your back over years of use.
Power Interrupt SwitchElements shut off automatically the moment the lid is raised, adding a critical layer of safety during loading and unloading.
Quiet Drive Solid State Relay — StandardEvenheat's patented zero-moving-part relay comes standard, firing 60 times per second for the ultra-tight, silent temperature control glass work demands.
Two-Position Lid VentAdjustable venting accelerates cooling and helps release adhesive fumes and moisture during the early stages of a firing.
Two-Position Lid Vent (Second Zone)Independent venting control helps manage moisture and fumes without losing heat during the early stages of a firing.

Common questions
Does the Quiet Drive relay really come standard?Yes — unlike many of Evenheat's ceramic kilns where Quiet Drive is an optional upgrade, the Studio Pro line ships with it standard. You get the ultra-tight, silent temperature control that serious glass work demands right out of the box.
What's the electrical requirement? The Studio Pro 24 draws 32 amps at 240V on a NEMA 6-50 plug (7,680 watts). Have a licensed electrician confirm your circuit is rated for at least 40 amps before delivery.
Is 1800°F hot enough for full fusing?Yes. 1800°F comfortably covers full fuse, tack fuse, slumping, draping, and glass painting work for standard soda-lime and borosilicate glass. It's not designed for ceramic bisque or glaze firing.
How does the fiber lid affect firing speed? The low-shot fiber lid heats up significantly faster than a firebrick lid, which shortens your total firing cycle and reduces energy use — a real advantage when you're running multiple fusing loads in a week.
Does buying from Peach State Pottery affect my warranty? No. We're an authorized Evenheat dealer, so your two-year warranty is fully valid and you have direct access to Evenheat's support team. Buying from an unauthorized seller can void your warranty entirely.
Not sure if the EH-SP-24 is right for you? We're authorized Evenheat dealers based in Atlanta. Call, email, or chat — we'll give you a straight answer about specs, sizing, and accessories before you spend a dollar.
