Free Studio Starter Pack with Qualifying Kilns

A free first-firing kit with every qualifying kiln

A new kiln arrives ready to wire up, but it does not arrive ready to fire. You still need kiln wash so your first glaze run does not weld a pot to a shelf, posts and shelves to stack on, and gloves that will survive a hot lid. That is the gap the Studio Starter Pack closes. Each pack is matched to the kiln you are buying, so a 120V test kiln gets a test-kiln pack and a production front-loader gets a production pack — and it ships on the same pallet, so there is nothing extra to wait for.

The packs are built from the same genuine manufacturer parts we sell every day. They are not generic substitutes: an Olympic kiln gets Olympic kiln wash and an Olympic lid wedge, a Cress kiln gets a factory Cress furniture kit, a Jen-Ken gets Jen-Ken posts.

1. Pick any kiln on this page. Every kiln listed here qualifies. Which pack you get depends on the kiln — the free-gift badge on each card tells you the value before you click.
2. Add it to your cart. The matching Studio Starter Pack is added automatically at $0.00. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim after the fact.
3. Check out as normal. The pack is not sold separately and has no cash value, so it simply rides along on the order.
4. It arrives with the kiln. The pack is packed on the same pallet, so you can wash shelves and load the first firing the day the freight lands.

What is not included

Pyrometric cones are not part of the pack. Every electric kiln on this page has an electronic controller that fires by program, so cones are a useful cross-check rather than a requirement — but if you are firing one of the gas kilns here, you will want witness cones, and we are happy to point you at the right ones. Shelves and posts are included only in the Cress, HotShot and Jen-Ken packs; the Olympic packs cover wash, venting, gloves and instrumentation, and Olympic furniture kits are sold separately.

Which kilns qualify

Everything shown above, which is why this page exists rather than a list of model numbers. In round terms it covers the Olympic electric and gas range, the Jen-Ken ceramic, glass and crucible lines, HotShot's knife, heat-treating and glass ovens, and the Cress ET and E ceramic kilns. If a kiln you want is not on this page, call or text us before you order — we would rather tell you straight whether a pack applies than have you find out at checkout.

Questions before you buy

Kiln buying is not a cart-and-go purchase, and we do not treat it that way. Call or text (470) 264-3563 or email sales@peachstatepottery.com and you will reach someone who can tell you whether your panel will carry the kiln, what the freight will actually cost to your address, and which of these kilns we would put in our own studio. We are an authorized dealer for every brand on this page, so warranty and parts come from us for the life of the kiln.

Free Studio Starter Pack offer ends November 30, 2026. The gift is added automatically to qualifying kiln orders and is matched to the kiln model; it is not sold separately, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount. Pack contents are genuine manufacturer parts and are subject to availability — if a listed item is on factory backorder we will contact you before shipping.
