How do I register my warranty with Olympic Kilns?
You must register your kiln within 30 days of delivery to activate the one-year limited warranty. Registration is completed through Olympic Kilns' website using your serial number and proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Peach State Pottery will provide all necessary documentation with your kiln delivery. Warranty coverage includes parts replacement for manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear items like elements or thermocouples.
Can this kiln be expanded or modified later?
The stackable design allows the kiln to be disassembled for element replacement and maintenance, but Olympic does not offer additional ring sections to expand chamber depth on this model. You can add accessories like SSR upgrades, ventilation systems, multi-zone control, and lid lifts at any time. The controller can be upgraded to the Genesis touchscreen after installation if you choose the standard KilnStar initially.
