How does the warranty registration work?
Olympic requires warranty registration within 30 days of delivery. You'll register directly with Olympic Kilns using your invoice from Peach State Pottery as proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. The one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear items like elements, thermocouples, or firebrick deterioration from normal use. Warranty is void if purchased from unauthorized sellers or if installation does not meet electrical code requirements.
