What size pieces can I fire in the RM II 2929?The 29-inch diameter chamber accommodates extremely large work. You can fire pieces up to approximately 27 inches wide (leaving space for shelf support) and stack shelves to use the full 29-inch depth. The 11.3 cubic foot capacity makes this ideal for large sculptural work, oversized platters, or high-volume production firing.

However, Cone 8 is sufficient for most stoneware, many porcelain bodies, and the vast majority of ceramic glazes used in production and educational studios.
